use item and commands v2

Added use item animation of shadow figure and armored soldier.

• first 4 frames of each animation can be looped
  • the upper row in the spritesheet.

Commadns v2: now each commands have a simple animations of 2 frames(intended to be looped on selection) and i make adjustments in the collorn and details 

I decide to left v1 frames and spritesheey

Next time likely gonna be a dagger stak animation for ther cloaked figure, and maybe some atck effects, that or magic  effects.
Is someone want one in particular tell me... i do the other one.
