0.3 and browser version

well i fix this(i was down in google storefor compatibility issues)  and set a 0.3.0, itself there are not much novelty was working in asomething big but if go out of control, so i have to "Prune" the project to left something playable, while i work in some improvements

In  any case i make it playable on the browser, this version is mean to remain as a demon, and likely only gonna work in the android version.
